About Us

The Bathroom Factory Shop has steadily grown since it opened in 1999 - originally the shop sold our range of whirlpool and air spa systems which we exclusively manufacture - direct to the public, but since then this has rapidly developed into supplying fully fitted bathroom suites.

Our staff have a combined knowledge of over 50 years experience in the industry and offer all of our customers old and new a warm welcome and friendly advice. We do not employ high pressure sales staff, but assist our customers to make an informed choice from a wide range of products.

Most of our new customers are recommendations from existing and past clients. We can design your new bathroom free of charge for you and can recommend one of our regular installers to complete your installation to showroom standard.
